Meet the Team
Richard Handley, MD, DHSc, MBA, MS-HQS, MFA
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Richard Handley brings a rare combination of medical expertise, executive leadership, and visionary thinking to Titan Arc. A Harvard Medical School graduate with clinical background in primary care, occupational, and emergency medicine, he currently serves as President of Wells World Services and previously served as a U.S. Naval Medical Service Corps Officer.
At Titan Arc, Dr. Handley serves in a strategic and executive capacity, focusing on protocol development, systems creation, and business leadership. While his strong clinical foundation informs his work, he does not provide direct patient care but instead equips and empowers the clinical team working under Dr. Kurup’s medical direction. His role leverages his medical expertise to translate cutting-edge longevity science into actionable frameworks that serve high-performing leaders and entrepreneurs.
A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging Healthcare Practitioners, Dr. Handley also maintains ties with Harvard Medical School. His unique combination of clinical knowledge, artistic vision as an award-winning filmmaker, and systems thinking ensures Titan Arc delivers an impeccable patient experience marked by clinical excellence and operational rigor.
